ok ...so the last few days I've been exploring art blogs and generally what is going on in illustration at the moment. I have learned a few things ...
The first thing I need to do is feel the fear and do it anyway!!!! .... its a bit scary to pick up that pen again! So all I am going to do is draw! ...not illustrate ...not design  ...just draw - can't be that hard right?
Secondly ...you have my permission to seriously kick my butt if I post an old piece of work or some thinly disguised rehash! (I'm counting on you!!!)
Finally .... enlist the help of a friendly Media student ...see photo ... to help come up with an eye catching blog and possibly web site ....hmmmm ...help me please Hope Banham

Work to be done!

so ...thought I'd use today to catch up on whats going on in the world of illustration. My ...how things have moved on! Looking at artists like Daria Hlazatova, Kelly Vivanco, Sveta Dorosheva and Lisa Evans. Take a look at some of their amazing work.
And what did I learn?? ...I really need to get my act together and do some SERIOUS work if I'm ever going to get back in to this illustration game.
